History of Tea Tree

Used in traditional wellness practices by the indigenous people of Australia for centuries, tea tree has long been revered for its cleansing qualities. Though highly regarded for its topical uses, tea tree has an intriguing fragrance that is fresh, clear and woody with subtle notes of spice and mint. The combination of its aroma and other physical benefits make tea tree an invaluable essential oil.
